i need to speak to someone regarding a refund that has been made to an expired card but cannot seem to get through to the right department. My booking reference is 12693993 and was originally booked on 30th July 2020. After several changes we finally got away on 10th September 2021. I had an email from Tui Airways dated 8th September 2021 informing me that a refund of £36 had been made to my card. Nothing has shown up on my current card (which is the same number as the card used to book the original holiday, which expired in December 2020).
