    Hi.
I am writing regarding my booked flight TIGC6X on Friday December 03 at 5:30 am from Tehran to London. This is to complain your staff serving as the head of the counter of Turkish airlines in IKA Tehran.

I showed up at airport at 3 am to que the line which was very long and I was around the middle. I had checked in online before going to the airport. When I got to the counter to give my luggage and get the boarding pass, the guy at the counter first blamed me why I didnā€™t write my middle name, Alsadat, (that appears in my passport with distance to my first name) in my reservation. Just let you know that I have been traveling to abroad since 2009 and I have never written this middle part of my name in none of my previous bookings without having any problems at the times of checking in with any airlines including Turkish. That was while in online checking I didnā€™t have any problems and I was supposed to go to the counter just to give my luggages and getting the print of my boarding pass. Anyhow, the guy said some josh words to me and accepted it finally after wasting a lot of times. After that he weighted my luggage which was 23 kg (I had thought that the allowed weight is that amount like my other flights) and told me that itā€™s heavy. When I asked him that I didnā€™t know that more than 20kg is not acceptable, he called the head of the counter to come. The head guy who was a very rude man came there and told me that you should pay or remove done if your stuff to make your luggage 20kg I accepted and told him that I remove some. Since my sister was in a corner to accompany with me before the flight, I went to her quickly and gave her some of the stuff and got back to the counter in less than a 5 minutes. I emphasis that I did that very quickly. But when I got there the head guy told me very rudely that: I have closed the flight and you cannot go, you should buy a new ticket. Whatever, I told him that you asked me to go and come and itā€™s still many times to flight (while I had checked in online before and reserved a seat), he said no I donā€™t let you go and you should buy another ticket. So I became obliged to buy a new ticket for around 300 us dollars and flied with a new flight. Apart from paying this amount and many stress and shocks happened to me before flight, I missed all my reservations that I had made for taxi and hotel in London and repaid for all of them again.
I kindly ask you to reimburse me with all these fins that I became obliged to pay just because of your staff (the head of the check in counter in Tehran) behaviours. That has made awful experience of flying with Turkish airlines. I wish with compensating my detriments you convince me about your good customer services.
Looking forward to your reply and effective reactions.
    Regards,
    Maryam

Please call me on 028 7138 1805 or send me a telephone number I may call you. I have purchased a ticket from Dublin to Jeddah via Istanbul for health reasons I am unable to take the fight I am an old man aged 89 and my doctor says it is time for you to stop flying. Next year you will be 90 and you must put your health first. When I booked a flight with you on the 1st
April 2012 Dublin to Jeddah via Istanbul I went to the airport and was told flights to Jeddah were cancelled the booking agent failed to tell me. It was due to covid and Saudi Arabia had banned all flights. Because of my age of 89, I have been advised not to travel. I contacted the travel agent and he told me I can get you a refund of Ā£68. I had paid him a total of Ā£687 for the return trip. Please may I ask you to refund me a reasonable amount instead of the Ā£68 offered by the travel agent?
