I am in San Diego California right now.
My tickets had been canceled for the 3rd time.
I purchased my ticket from travel agency in Tehran, but unfortunately the travel agency is closed and shut down for business.
I need to go back to Iran, Tehran.
I would like to get a full refund in US dollars in California, so I can book another ticket for Tehran with deferent airline that is operating at this time. My brother is in a hospital right now and I need to see him before is too late.

I purchased seat upgrades through Turkish airlines back on March 9, 2020, for $1104.00 to fly on my June 2020 flight. See attached receipt and tickets for all 4 passengers. My flight on June 19, 2020, was canceled by Turkish Airlines due to covid 19! However, I was able to get justly.com to reissue my new flights for June 20, 2021, but now I do not have my seat upgrades attached to the new ticket number. I was told by TA that this could be done and easily transferred however every time I call or submit numerous customer service requests I keep getting denied and sorry we can’t help you! I request two of one of the things to occur:
1. Please transfer my exact seat upgrade from old tickets to new tickets 235-7587663130 7587663114 7587663135 7587663128 and all other passengers associated with new tickets OR
2. Please refund me the $1104.00 to my credit card ending 4147 so I can purchase new seat upgrades.
