I have been trying to contact Turkish Airlines to get a refund for my flight Zürich to Istanbul, Istanbul Tashkent. The flight has been cancelled. I am very disappointed with turkish airlines. Our flight with booking code R2VFEO on may28 from manila to istambul and then to zurich was canceled due to covid. Never got an answer on my emails! We need that refund as soon as possible so i hope turkish airlines still will react professionally! We had some good experience with turkish air before, but after this i am not sure if i can still recommend and will ever book again a fligth with Turkish Airlines.
