Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
mein Sohn kam gestern aus Deutschland (Frankfurt) nach China (Peking) mit der Tükisch Airline an, allerdings ohne seinen Koffer. Dieser ist BIS HEUTE (mittlerweile 2. Tag am Abend) unauffindbar! Das kann nun wirklich nicht sein! Sämtliche Kleidung meines Sohnes ist in diesem Koffer, da er in Deutschland über längere Zeit Ferien machte. Nun müssen wir, nach dem telefonischen Gespräch meines Mannes mit Türkisch Airlines in der Türkei, für ihn neue Kleidung kaufen, ohne dass die Türlisch Airlines uns in dieser Situation entgegen kommt! Was ist das für ein Service? Mit der Finn Air passierte dasselbe, doch diese Fluggesellschaft bot uns anstandslos einen Entschädigungs-Check an, um die notwendige Kleidung zu besorgen.
Ich werde über den Verlust, die bisherige Unauffindbarkeit unseren Koffers sowie Ihren schlechten Service in der Internationalen Reise-Zeitschrift veröffentlichen sowie in sämtlichen Foren von “Ihrer” Fluggesellschaft abraten! Und ich werde mich nicht davor abschrecken eine Anzeige gegen Ihre Fluggesellschaft zu erstatten u.a. auch öffentlich!
Ich verlange, dass IHRERSEITS ENDLICH MAL was getan wird, damit unserer Koffer gefunden wird!!!! Ansonsten erwarten wir, Fam. Schöngart, eine entsprechende Entschädigung! Im Koffer waren ein teuer Anzug, Schuhe, sämtliche Kleidungsstücke, Bücher, Kaffee, ect. ect. ect….
Im Anhang sind die Flugdaten meines Sohnes. Falls Sie nicht dafür zuständig sind, dann leiten Sie diese E-Mail bitte an diejenigen, die dafür zuständig sind! Es kann nicht sein, dass uns KEINER in dieser Situation helfen kann! ALLE sind irgendwie ratlos, wor der Koffer nun abgeblieben sei, so auch die ganze (?) Fluggesellschaft der Türkisch Airlines?

Sehr geehrte Demen und Herren,
eine Freundin von mir wollte am 11.11.18 um 22:10 Uhr von Cotonou / Benin über Istanbul nach Frankfurt fliegen. Ankunftszeit 12.11.18 um 13:55 Uhr.
Aufgrund eines Unfalles auf der Hinfahrt zum Flughafen Cotonou kam sie um 20:20 Uhr am Flughafen an und war um 20:30 Uhr am Chek-In Counter der Turkish Airline in Cotonou. Dieser war allerdings bereits geschlossen, fast 2 Std. vor dem Abflug!!!!
Das Ergebnis ist, dass sie seit gestern abend am Flughafen Cotonou ist und die Maschine verpasst hat und die MA von Turkish Airlines darauf bestehen das sie ein neues Ticket kauft was sie nicht kann!!!. Heute habe ich bereits x-mal mit der Service Nr. telefoniert ein Feedbackformular ausgefüllt weil es dann angeblich schneller gehen soll und eine Feedback-Nr. erhalten. Das Ergebnis ist, dass man immer wieder bei einem nur englischsprechenden Call-Center landet die einen auf einen Rückruf des Managements vertrösten.
Es war der erste und letzte Flug mit Turkish Airlines, da es ein miserabler Service ist und der Passagier keinerlei Unterstützung erhält. Ich bin gespannt wie lange meine Bekannte in Cotonou warten muss. Ein neues Ticket werden wir auf jeden Fall nicht kaufen, da es nicht unser Verschulden war.
Ein Check-In Counter der 1 Std. 40 Min vor Abflug schließt ist schlichtweg eine Unverschämtheit und der schlechteste Kundenservice überhaupt.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall Schdenersatz geltend machen und es an die Presse weitergeben. Diese Gesellschaft gehört boykottiert.
My Parents where travelling yesterday, from Istanbul to Bremen City in Germany, and unfortunately at the last boarding gate before entering the aircraft the ground staff stops them, because they were residence of Czech republic, and they have been informed by the ground staff, that Czech republic is not PART OF EUROPEAN UNION AND SCHENGEN STATES, which is very funny and unbelievable, they could google it and find out, how come a new airport and modern, Istanbul! turkey! the staff of the airline are not aware of the list of European union countries!!!! and after 7 to 8 hours we followed up with Bremen airport staff and immigration police, which they received email from Turkish airline to authorize them to enter or not! they answered in a shocking way that they can and they must enter soon!!!!! what is going on there???? my parents are above 70 years old, and this was Turkish airline mistake! they even didn’t offered them water or food or any help and assistance!!!!! this is not acceptable i need an urgent action and answer for my old parents.
