I regret to say that I had problem contacting your Kathmandu Office all this morning. I tried all the numbers. Except for one which remained engaged for over half an hour there was no response on other numbers. For an airlines like Emirates it is unbelievable.
I came from London to Kathmandu on EK 6/2155 on 07 Sep 2019 and my return flight is on EK 2397/5 on 10 Oct 2019. I want to postpone my flight back to London. I just wanted to know how I could do that and how much do I have to pay for this if there are any charges.
I will write in detail later but can I request you to revert to me by return please. I must say I’ve got a very bad experience contacting Emirates office in Heritage Plaza as given in your website, in Kathmandu.

I received a text that flight EK2156 from Kathmandu to Dubai has been cancelled. I have been trying the Emirates number many times but there is always a busy signal. Please help!
We want compensation from Emirates flight. Why it refused Nepali passanger for transite and transportation. All other flights are liberal to carry their own Nepali passangers from Nepal why Dubai Emirates made ban? Is it discrimination? or domination. We are going to lose our business/job if we can’t go back in our schedule. We are falling under huge loss due to Dubai Emirates airlines. Why it is playing villain role on we Nepali passanger? If it does not compensate our huge loss, we never use this hell Dubai Emirates airlines. Another thing, airhostage of this airline don’t translate Nepali language. We can’t get their English and native language. As a result, many passanger don’t follow what they say beginning and during flight. We want it’s flexibility.
