I am writing in response to the parcel sent to me from USA on 11th of July from my friend James Alfred Hamester down to murtala Muhammad airport lagos ikeja. I received a message from KLM Airline to call the airline delivery agent to clarify and claim my parcel which I did. The agent told me to pay #8,500 for delivery which I did. And he told me he has already sent the parcel down to Abuja that’s where I base through DHL shipment. Since two days now the airline agent number is not connecting. If I call he will not pick up. I am very disappointed with KLM, I was made to missed my flight. I need to go back to work, Precious needs to go back to School on Monday. I was asked to pay two thousand dollars and two for no show to be able to travel on 11/09/2019 which is on Wednesday. Please, I have been trying to book flight for my Mummy departing from Pearson International Airport – YYZ, Canada and arriving Lagos, Nigeria – LOS for Saturday, 25th April 2021. I find it difficult to get one. Each time I search for the flight, I normally get an error message that there is no flight for the combination of the departure and arrival or the departure date doe not exist.

The honorable president of KLM Mr Pieter Elbers has explained the issue to me in detail via email: and I understood every word in his missive and has resolved to purchase another ticket.
