I was so disappointed of cebu pacific airlines they cancelled my flights From CDO going to MNL without any my approval or concerned and they move to another date and time which is i cannot get that flight of date given due to conflict of my next International flight and there is no option of refund cash payment to there website and no one is assisting or answering my chat and calls .

Thats true! with me also they just informed us that our flight was charged after 2 weeks from booking date.
And the given flight schedule to us is also conflict to our international flight.
