Sono il Sig. Antonio Latinotti, Via 1° Maggio 19/2 – Carmignano di Brenta 35010 (PD). Il 30/10/2019 acquistai online dalla Turkish Airlines un biglietto aereo numero 2352398944955 Rif. Prenotazione THZI2M Tunisi-Kuala Lumpur con partenza il 20/02/2020 tratta che ho regolarmente utilizzato senza problema alcuno. Purtroppo durante il mio soggiorno a Kuala Lumpur sono subentrati tutti i vari problemi legati all’esplosione su scala mondiale dell’epidemia Covid19 che ha portato il vostro vettore a spostare sempre più in avanti la data del mio ritorno su Birmingham (UK) che originariamente doveva avvenire il 17/04/2020. L’ultima data propostami dall’agente Turkish Airlines di Kuala Lumpur è il 02/07/2020, però troppo lontano nel tempo e che mi porterebbe anche a dover chiedere alle autorità competenti una estensione del visto turistico. Alla luce di quanto sopra spiegato gradirei cancellare la tratta del ritorno Kuala Lumpur/Birmingham; e con la presente – come da istruzioni del vostro agente di Kuala Lumpur – fare richiesta di rimborso della stessa. Ulteriori dettagli: vi informo che nel frattempo mi è stato emesso un nuovo biglietto (TK#2352411224525 Rif. Prenotazione T854IK).
