I have the worst experience in Cathay Pacific Cebu due the the incompetence of the airline staff. Most of the staff doesn’t know the list of countries that doesn’t need a visa. In other words they have no clue how to go about their system for countries exempt from required visa. Staffs should know travel requirements on specific country. We ended up re booking our ticket and paid $2,100. This incident happens more than once on different people. My incident is just another occasion. They don’t even offer any help after messing up your entire vacation. I would not recommend Cathey Pacific airline to anyone.

Good afternoon, i am booked on flight KA5906 MANILA to HONGKONG ON SATURDAY 1ST September, i am in South Cotabato at the moment and was planning to fly from General Santos on Saturday the 1st September but the earliest flight arriving in Manila is 9.30a.m which leaves very little time to get to Cathay Pacific to book in for my flight to HongKong, is there any later flights that day that i could transfer to hopefully with minimum costs.
