I have a very SERIOUS issue to report to the airline regarding my experience at Addis Ababa on Sept 12 while flying from Delhi to Tel Aviv. I want some responsible person to write to me. My lay over time was 10 hours after flying virtually the whole night.
I flew the same route on August 1 but had a totally different experience. The key issue is the hotel that was forced on me this time – Cyan City. Last time it was Harmony. Cyan City is a hopeless establishment and I have a lot of things to say and will share my ordeal only if someone senior contacts me over email. On a 10 point scale I will rate Harmony 8 or 9 / 10 as a transit hotel and Cyan City 2 or 3 / 10. This should convey to you how upset I am. If I do not hear from you in the next 48 hours I shall post the list of issues on social media. The airline has never bothered to audit Cyan City and are using it as a transit hotel. You have no clue how pathetic they are.
I will be flying again the same route on October 22 and shall do so ONLY if the airline guarantees Harmony hotel. Else, I shall use Aeroflot or Turkish. I visit Jerusalem via Tel Aviv regularly since my spouse is with UNICEF in Jerusalem.
