It is a nightmare trying to contact Lufthansa Nairobi office. I arrived in Kenya on 29 November on lh590 but minus my luggage. I immediately made a report at the airport desk. Since then, I have no idea of the status of my bag. I called several times today to give additional information about my bag but no one picks the phone. No email and no one calling me. It is now over 7 days since I arrived in Nairobi. Someone please call me and let me know the status. Regards.
