1. You should update your Lufthansa internet site for Bangkok (it still contains a telephone number in Q-House, not operational anymore)
2. Even in the internet, It is very difficult to find a phone number at the airport to call for information and/or changes on my trip.

my wife and me would like to fly from BKK to FRA May 31st, 2021.
According to our information a negative Covid 19 test has to be presented when checking in. A rapid Antigen test will be accepted, when in accordance with WHO standards.
We have made an appointment with Bangkok Hospital in Pattaya at the 31st. of May in the morning.
The clinic informed us, that it will use the “STANDARD Q COVID-19 Ag Test, SD Bionsensor, Inc.” test.
My question to you: is this test reckongnized from Lufthansa and – if negative – sufficient for being accepted as passenger on the flight?
Do we need additional medical documents besides the Ag Test – like a “Fit to Fly” confirmation?
