She will damage your company reputation and will put a lot of your customers in a distress mood if something is not done about it. Hello there, I booked a round trip ticket from Ghana to Vietnam on the the 3rd of March 2020 and my returning date is suppose to be on 23rd of this month, September 2020. Due to certain circumstances beyond my control I can not make the return date. I have been trying all I can to reach the sales office in Ghana to have the return ticket cancelled but all my efforts have yielded nothing.
