Booking reference OC9HSP Cropper, ……the flight was rebooked due our delay in reaching the airport, beyond our control, there are no receipts online for the flight or even the rebooked details, the original flight time is shown and not the amended 10:10 time. I need receipted invoices of the flights which had to be purchased showing our names and dates of travel together with a “no show” invoice and credit adjustment for any refund due.

We are trying to rebook our trip from Manchester to Frankfurt, that we had to cancel because of the pandemic. Our original flights were for August 2020, Lufthansa issued us with a voucher to rebook before 31st January 2021. Honestly, Lufthansa customer care service number 03719459747 is the world’s most useless, helpless customer care service ever. They can give you incorrect information and let you miss the flight. after that when we call the customer care number they are all helpless (doesn’t know any travel rules and hang up the call right away as soon as they cannot help you and after that they never answer call from same number) so sick of Lufthansa. the staff at the check in counter is worst as well, failing to understand any travel rules. i hope those staff lose hundreds of pounds like we have lost because of their incompetence, just to feel the pinch.
Lufthansa please give them proper training and keep your staff up-to-date with the travel rules and regulation with whosoever countries that you have connection. good wishes
