this the worst BA agency in Kuala Lumpur because all the agents there doesn’t want to help when we lodge a complaint regarding the return flight issues. all the entire return flight was booked for business class but during the flight from belo to sao paulo and sao paulo to london the staff put a 2 years old kid in economy class due to the business class don’t have seat for her. we are surprised that how can they simply change the seat without notifying us and even the KL agent also didn’t told us anything.

The worst hotline in the entire world, after 2 weeks of trying to contact them daily, an expensive phone bill and holding the line for 15mn at a time each time, i have NEVER been able to get in touch with anyone. Absolute nightmare and still no answer to my questions as of now. Avoid British Airways if you’re in Malaysia
I need help for flight from LON- MAN on 10th Dec (all BA flights was cancelled), I am not able to get any staff from telephone contact 03-77124747 . The staff from Heathrow airport is not helping the passenger to book any flight but instead ask the passenger to go on BA’s online make our own booking . Certainly this is not the case as per your web-site , your web-site stated very cleary that in case of flight cancelled , the airline will automatically put the passenger on the next available flight , is very very frustrating that you get NO HELP at all for British airways !!!
