I am traveling Hong Kong to London on Cathay Pacific 777 in First Class in April next year this is a silly question BUT if you don’t like Caviar is there an alternative eg maybe a pate ???

Hello! I’m in Macau, and there is a wonderful typhoon happening. My flight was cancelled, which is fine. And you guys have been super efficient in rebooking me a seat on the next available flight.
But I am in Macau, and I can’t get to HK airport to make that flight on Monday, due to full ferries on Monday.
I have been tryING so hard to contact your offices to change to Tuesday evening flight (18th September), but there is NO EMAIL ADDRESS (!!??!!) and your CONFIRM/CONTACT choice on the new booking does not allow for conversation with your team.
Please help me to change my booking, as someone else can easily take my Monday 17th seat. I have been on hold for 1 hour on the phone… and cannot seem to contact your international company in any other way. You may contact me by looking up my booking number
