We where due to come home from Casablanca via Doha to Perth on 27 th March, we where in Venice on the 8th March and decided to fly home so we didnāt get caught in Italy. Tried to contact Travel Agent and Qatar Airways direct. But could not get an answer. We flew home on a Emirates flight. We are wondering whether we will get our return flight refunded. Thankyou

Where is your Perth office located
Found it very hard to book a flight from Perth to Copenhagen and from Manchester back to Perth.. as a gold members itās very hard how to up grade on the flight.
When you try to book a fight like this it is impossible to work out. There is no option available to book a return flight from another city.
Why is there nowhere in Perth we can contact to sort these issues out!
I am in the Priviledge Club and am going to leave. I have wasted the last 2 hours trying to book a flight on-line using my Q-miles …I live 250 kms from the Qatar office and will have to visit it … 3 business class tickets to Europe for myself and my wife were made expecting the opportunity to use our Q -miles … what a joke!

On 27 March I was travelling from Perth,Australia via Doha & Kuwait to Bahraib( Arabian Gulf). I had excess baggage of 6 kgs therefore I paid AUD 324 in order to get to the flight quickly. Unfortunately I was offloaded as i was late. I went to the Qatar Airways office upstairs and since AUD 324 was paid by credit card, I asked them to cancel the transaction. Ms. Nimoo at Perth airport told me the transaction was cancelled and AUD 324 would be credited back. Almost 2 weeks have passed and AUD 324 has not been credited back.
I would highly appreciate if you could look into this matter or if you could assist me in giving the right email id so that I could write to Ms. Nimoo directly.

Why is the customer service telephone number not connected? 1300 340 600. Is Qatar airlines in financial difficulty? this operation seems to be more dodgy the more I try to contact them. I had a question, which could be answered, however, definately NOT impressed or interested in flying Qatar. How the hell do you get to be number 1 when no-one can contact you?

I do not believe that Qatar are the best Airline over the last 5 years!!! The service is disgusting, the staff do not speak English and mostly, it is not possible to speak to a real person.
I have flown Qatar twice, Perth to Manchester on 21st October 2019 with My wife and flew from Manchester to Perth on 7th. November 2019 We are now into a several week delay for flight points to have emerged from the very secret bowels of the earth somewhere. The telephones are not answered and there is no ready address to try to get some sense out of anybody. Do you wonder why I will never fly with you lot again?

Friday 09/04/2021 I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes as I type this I am still on the line. I asked to cancel my flight over two weeks ago on 24/03/2021 my reference number for a request for a refund is 233917 which I asked the operator to give m while I was on the phone with him. I was advised that I would receive an email with a form I would need to complete in order to have my refund into my account. I have received nothing so far and time is marching on.
I want a refund and I would like it to occur before next Wednesday 14/04/21. Please get back to me asap as this is unacceptable. and trying to contact you over the phone is near impossible. No one answers the phone. it’s now 35 mins on the line will you be paying for this call? it is only fair.

What are passengers supposed to do if they need to speak with someone on customer care before their departure and it happens to fall on the weekend and they are closed? It’s very frustrating and leaves the passenger feeling anxious. This is really unacceptable and an alternative should be provided.
