I purchased 24 tickets Montreal-Guayaquil. for flight July 21st . We resuqested a refund when the flights were cancelled .back in March 202. As of today January13th 2021 almost a year later we are still wiating for refund

Suite à notre dernier vol avec vous ( vol CM 422 le 03 mai 2021) nous avions mon mari et moi les sièges 5E et 5F. Dans la même rangée il y avait sièges 5A et 5B une dame avec son petit garçon et 2 CHIENS en laisse!
La dame qui avait le siège 5C a été très patiente, elle se faisait déranger à tout moment.
De plus il y avait un autre CHIEN en laisse dans la cabine principale!.
Nous n’avons jamais vu ça avec aucune compagnie aérienne.
Nous ne sommes pas certains si nous volerons de nouveau avec Copa .
Mon agent de voyage m’a conseillé de vous faire part de cette situation .

I contacted CATSA because they removed some items from my baggage. After two months they finally found out that the items were return to COPA in Montreal. My cousin went twice, only to be told that they were very busy and had no time to look into this request. They were supposed to call me. There were more that 700$value items removed. I the card that I found at the bottom of my baggage. Please get back to me. At this point I am very dissapointed that COPA was not able to contact me. You have all my co-ordinates on file and the number of baggage I was carrying.
