Thanks for your email .I have contacted with my travel agent from i purchase my ticket but they said when you extend my traveling date you have paid directely to Qatar Air Line office Baku and now we dont have exces in our system only Qatar Air Line is having your refund because i pay the diffrence two time in Qatar Air Line office Baku directely .
Mindly help me to get my refund as soon as possible because i pay the money to extend my date direct to Qatar Air Line office Banku to Mr.Naar ; you can contact with them and check the record .This is his email address.

When i go to the air port Qatar air line told me you dont have madred visa so we cant issue your boarding pass .then i contact with my travel agent and they said they cant help .
My money is already paid to Qatar Air Line ; you office in Baku issued me confirm ticket and received the payment officially .

Estimados, como están,
Recibí respuesta de parte de la aerolínea, me comentan que solo es posible recuperar las tasas de embarque de un tramo, esto sería más menos 16.000 pesos chilenos aproximadamente , ya que ticket por políticas de la compañía no permite cambios ni devoluciones completas, además como pasajero uso el tramo desde Santiago a Puerto Montt, esto hace que la reserva figure como usada en sistema, así que solo es posible recuperar las tasa de embarque de un tramo.
Hare las averiguaciones de como procedemos, para generar la devolución, les comento novedades, en caso de necesitar algún otro dato o información, los contactare por esta vía
