Hi I booked seats Istanbul to Manchester and return 12th–17th May 40 hrs ago, payment has gone but no confirmation or contact, have emailed queries but no response. Is this normal, connecting flights with other airlines, instant response and e-tickets.

we are a family of four who had booked a flight under booking No : 7094505 on 1/8/2018 Wed, Turkish Airline (Flight TK7325) from Nevsehir (NAV), Turkey time 11:15 ā 12:30 Istanbul (SAW) for a connecting flight PC2290 to Dalaman.
Unfortunately, upon arriving at Neveshir airport at 9am that we were told that Flight TK7325 had been cancelled. Our family of four were stranded at the airport and had to re-book another flight, departing at 7.35pm on same day to continue our onward trip.
For purpose of insurance claim, we would appreciate that Turkish Airline could confirm Flight TK7325 departing at 11.15am from Neveshir Airport on 1/8/18 was indeed cancelled and would apprecate that the airline could state the reason for the cancellation.
Your reply to our email would greatly enable us to file an insurance claim.

Dear Sir, I have booked my connecting flight back in January to Podgorica TGD, flying on 16 Apr 2019 (reservation # SVLVD4) via TK1085. I was informed by Turkish airlines via email this week that all flights on 16 Apr 2019 are cancelled, and asked me to rebook the connecting flight to TGD. As my booked accommodation in Istanbul Kocasinan Airport Hotel is non-refundable (Euro37.80), I am writing to Turkish airlines to seek reimbursement for the accommodation claim.
